According to Wirral News.co.uk, the Walled Garden in Wallasey's Central Park has been reopened on a daily basis following a staffing issue.

The walled garden is part of the estate of Liscard Hall (the Hall was destroyed by fire in 2008) built from 1835 by by Sir John Tobin, ship owner, merchant, African
trader and one-time Mayor of Liverpool. On the death of his successor,
Harold Littledale, Wallasey Local Board bought the estate and opened it
to the public on Whit Monday 1891.
